Who do I contact regarding information on my Menehune Water Statement?

Why am I not receiving a statement in the mail?
Effective August 1, 2021, all Auto Pay customers will receive a paperless statement. You can view your statement virtually by registering. If you want to receive a printed statement in the mail instead of paperless, you can email us at statement@menehunewater.com or call us at (808) 487-7777.

How do I register for an account?
This is currently for Autopay customers and certain Customers that requested Invoices electronically. Click “Sign-Up”, provide your Customer ID and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account. After you have successfully registered, you can login to view your statements effective August 1, 2021.

How do I login?
Please make sure you have signed up for an account, and then enter the username you created to start the login process.
